Krystle + Spencer

Krystle + Spencer got married at the Old Field Club in Setauket, New York, and this was one of those weddings that made me remember why I do this. As I drove Spencer to the first look location, I could feel his nervousness and anticipation, but the moment Krystle walked into the bamboo grove that tension disappeared. These are two people who are meant to be together, and it was seriously awesome to be there to witness their wedding.

To me, Dana chose to do a boudoir shoot for exactly the right reason.

To say "hey, this is me. This is who I am, and I love it.".

Michaela + Andy

When I first asked Michaela how she would describe the feel of her and Andy's wedding, she said "handmade homestead", and when I arrived at The German Society and soaked in all the details, I understood exactly what "handmade homestead" meant. From hand detailed chalkboard signs, to beer made by the brides sister's boyfriend, to the bouquets and centerpieces made by Michaela, literally everything was made by Michaela, Andy, and their families.
